Overview

We use Warmcel cellulose fibres for the insulation fill and this is injected into the engineered cassettes via a turboFill nozzle, similar in appearance to those used on Grand Prix Formula 1 refuelling rigs, is docked with the panel by means of pre-drilled access holes, through which the Warmcel 500 is injected. An ingenious pressure sensing system ensures the void is completely filled to the correct density for optimum performance.

In summary the timber cassettes provide:

  • Quick Installation minimising the need for secondary support systems.
  • All timber components have full chain of custody PEFC Certification.
  • Fully recyclable materials.
  • Carbon Positive insulation extracted from 100% recycled newspapers.
  • Fire resistant insulated core.
  • Zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) no added formaldehyde and is free from CFCs, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or other toxic substances.
  • Provides U values beyond current or envisaged Building Regulations requirement.
